Lemon Garlic Butter Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts Cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/2 cup Butter Unsalted
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1/4 cup Fresh parsley Chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

  • Large skillet
  • Tongs

Method
 

  1. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add butter to the skillet and melt over medium heat.
  6. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  7. Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  8. Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  9. Stir in chopped parsley. Serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with your favorite sides like rice, pasta, or vegetables.
