Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp
  • 1.5 lbs shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley, chopped dill, salt, and pepper. Whisk together.
  2. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
  4. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the shrimp skewers for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can add vegetables like bell peppers or onions to the skewers for a more complete meal.
