Method
- Place the fruit in a serving bowl. If you use pears, toss them with a light squeeze of lemon juice before adding them to the salad.
- Whisk together the dressing ingredients (honey, orange juice, and cinnamon) and pour over the fruit.
- Toss the fruit and dressing to combine.
- You can make the fruit salad a couple of hours ahead of time. Be aware that the colors of the fruit may mix as the salad sits.

The fruit selection is flexible based on what is in season. You need about 5 to 6 cups of fruit total, not including the pomegranate seeds. Pomegranate seeds are recommended for color, texture, and flavor.
