Ingredients
  

For the Casserole
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • salt to taste salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
  3. Stir in the crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, heavy cream, sugar-free ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.
