- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain off any excess grease.
- Stir in the crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, heavy cream, sugar-free ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
