Mango Spinach Smoothie

A refreshing and healthy smoothie perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or other milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt optional, for creaminess
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional, for added nutrients

Equipment

  • Blender

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk and blend again.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness by adding a little honey or maple syrup if desired. For a thicker smoothie, use less liquid or add a few ice cubes.
