Ingredients
  

Chicken and Topping
  • 1 cup full-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 boneless chicken halves

Method
 

  1. Set your oven to preheat at 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the boneless chicken halves in a baking dish, spacing them evenly without overlapping.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, salt, ground black pepper, and garlic powder until the mixture is consistent.
  4. Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to coat the chicken halves evenly with the mayonnaise and Parmesan mixture.
  5. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes. Check that the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown. Confirm the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) with a meat thermometer.
