Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Form the meat mixture into about 24 small meatballs, roughly 1 inch in diameter.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 4 strips.
- Wrap each meatball with 2-3 strips of biscuit dough, leaving a small gap for the eyes. Press the dough gently to secure.
- Place the wrapped meatballs on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the dough with the beaten egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the dough is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and carefully press two olive halves into the dough for each meatball's eyes.
- Serve warm.

You can serve these with your favorite dipping sauce, such as marinara or ketchup.
