Ingredients
  

For the Mix
  • 6 cups Chex cereal any variety
  • 2 cups Pretzels small twists or sticks
  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup Candy eyes
For the Coating
  • 1 cup White chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil or coconut oil

Equipment

  • Large bowl
  • Microwave
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the Chex cereal, pretzels, and mini marshmallows.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with the vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted white chocolate over the cereal mixture. Stir gently with a spatula until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Add the candy eyes and stir to distribute them throughout the mix.
  5. Spread the mix onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to set. Let it cool completely before serving.

Notes

Store any leftover Monster Munch Mix in an airtight container at room temperature.
