Non-Alcoholic Harvest Punch

This recipe makes a refreshing, non-alcoholic punch using apple cider and ginger beer.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Apple Cider Use up to 6 cups
  • 2 cups Ginger Beer More for topping
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Cranberries
  • 1 whole Orange Sliced
  • 1 whole Honey Crisp Apple Sliced
  • 3 sticks Cinnamon Sticks Optional

  • Glasses

Method
 

  1. In a pitcher, combine apple cider, maple syrup, and half the ginger beer.
  2. Mix well to combine the liquids.
  3. Add orange and apple slices, then the cranberries.
  4. Chill the mixture until you are ready to serve.
  5. For serving, pour the punch into glasses.
  6. Add an orange slice and a few apple slices to each glass.
  7. Garnish with rosemary (if using).
  8. Top with the remaining ginger beer and serve.

Notes

This punch is best served cold. You can adjust the amount of maple syrup based on the sweetness of your apple cider.
