Ooey-Gooey Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

These cheesy garlic chicken wraps are easy to make and incredibly satisfying.

Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 1 lb Boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
For the Wraps
  • 4 Large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley optional, for garnish

  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides.
  2. Add the minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese. Stir until well combined.
  4. Warm the tortillas according to package directions. Spoon the chicken and cheese mixture evenly into the center of each tortilla.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortillas and then roll them up tightly to form wraps.
  6. Serve immediately. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the chicken mixture.
