Method
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder to make the glaze.
- Roast the turkey for 45 minutes.
- Brush half of the orange glaze over the turkey breast.
- Continue roasting for another 30 minutes, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast registers 74°C (165°F).
- Brush the remaining glaze over the turkey during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
- Let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.
Notes
You can add orange zest to the glaze for extra flavor. Serve with your favorite side dishes.
