For the Mousse
  • 1 cup cottage cheese full fat recommended
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter creamy
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Topping
  • 2 peanut butter cups chopped

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Combine cottage cheese, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a food processor.
  2. Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Divide the mousse between two serving glasses.
  4. Top with chopped peanut butter cups.
  5. Serve immediately or chill for later.

Notes
