  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Pour the cottage cheese mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. If using, spread the pizza sauce over the cottage cheese mixture. Then, arrange your desired toppings, such as pepperoni, bell pepper, and onion, on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the bake is set and lightly golden brown around the edges.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.
