- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, pumpkin puree, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
- Stir in the pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, salt, and protein powder. Mix well to ensure no clumps remain.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
