Method
- Combine cottage cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Layer the graham cracker mixture at the bottom of four small jars or bowls.
- Spoon the cottage cheese mixture over the crust.
- Top with berries and nuts, if desired.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
