  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp water

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  2. Pour batter onto a lightly greased non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
