- In a separate bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving. You can add your favorite toppings like fresh fruit, nuts, or a drizzle of maple syrup.
