- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, pumpkin puree, breadcrumbs, chopped sage, salt, pepper, and egg. Mix gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot.
Notes
These meatballs can be served on their own, with a side of pasta, or as part of a larger meal. You can also add a pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon for extra flavor.
