Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Divide the beef mixture into 12 equal portions and shape them into small patties, slightly larger than your slider buns.
- Place the patties on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While the patties are baking, slice the slider buns in half horizontally.
- Once the patties are cooked, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty. Return to the oven for 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Assemble the sliders: spread a little ranch dressing on the bottom half of each bun. Place a cheesy beef patty on top.
- Cut small pieces of green bell pepper and insert them into the top of the patties to resemble pumpkin stems. Place the top half of the bun over the stem.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
You can use a round cookie cutter to help shape the patties if desired. For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the beef mixture.
