Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk or water
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or to taste
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Combine oats, milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a small saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oatmeal reaches your desired consistency, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in maple syrup. Serve warm.

Notes

You can add toppings like nuts, seeds, or a dollop of yogurt if desired.
