Pumpkin Spice White Russian

This recipe makes a creamy, spiced cocktail based on the classic White Russian.

Ingredients
  

For the Rim
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice plus more, for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar or sparkling sugar
  • 3 tablespoons crushed graham crackers
For the Drink
  • 3 ounces vodka (2 shots)
  • 3 ounces pumpkin spice creamer (2 shots)
  • 1.5 ounces Kahlúa coffee liqueur (1 shot)
  • 1 optional Whipped cream for garnish

Equipment

  • Shallow plate
  • Cocktail shaker

Method
 

  1. Mix the ingredients for the rim together on a shallow plate.
  2. Dip the edge of two glasses in water and then dip into the graham mixture. Press to coat. Set the two glasses aside.
  3. Pour vodka, creamer, and kahlua into a large cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  4. Shake lightly until combined and cold.
  5. Pour into glasses with ice and top with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice.
