Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the mozzarella balls on the prepared baking sheet. Top each mozzarella ball with a round of salami.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the mozzarella is slightly softened and the salami is lightly crisped.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Gently press one half of a black olive into the top of each salami-covered mozzarella ball to create the pupil.
- Use small pieces of red bell pepper to create vein details on the mozzarella, if desired.
- Serve immediately with warmed marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes
You can use different sizes of mozzarella and salami to create varied eyeball sizes. For a spicier version, add a tiny slice of jalapeño under the olive.
