- Fill a 16 ounce glass with ice cubes.
- Add coffee and caramel syrup and stir until well combined.
- In a small pitcher or liquid measuring cup, use a milk frother to whip milk, cream, vanilla syrup and sea salt until foamy.
- Pour cold foam over coffee and serve immediately.
