- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the cheese mixture into a skeleton shape on a piece of plastic wrap. You can form a head, a body, and limbs.
- Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Before serving, unwrap the cheese ball and place it on a serving platter. Decorate the skeleton using the black olive for an eye socket and red bell pepper strips for bones.
- Garnish with chopped parsley around the base of the cheese ball.
