Method
- Place beef, beef broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic in your slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4 hours or on high for 2 hours, until the beef is tender.
- Remove the beef from the slow cooker and shred it with two forks. Return the shredded beef to the slow cooker.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package directions in a separate large pot. Drain.
- Divide the cooked noodles among four bowls. Ladle the beef and broth mixture over the noodles.
- Garnish with scallions, cilantro, and a hard-boiled egg half.
