Method
- Place fresh cranberries (if using), the sliced orange, and cinnamon sticks in the bottom of a large pitcher.
- Pour the red wine, orange juice, and cranberry juice over the fruit and cinnamon.
- Stir the mixture. Allow it to chill for at least two hours for the best flavor development.
- Pour the sangria into glasses, filling them about three-quarters full. Top each glass with club soda.
