  • 1 cup Milk or water
  • 1/4 cup Pumpkin puree not pumpkin pie filling
  • 1 tsp Maple syrup or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • Pinch Salt

Method
 

  1. Combine oats, milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a small saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oatmeal reaches your desired consistency, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Pour into a bowl and serve warm.

Notes

You can add toppings like nuts, seeds, or a dollop of yogurt.
