Ingredients
  

For the Frankenstein Pudding
  • 3.4 oz Instant chocolate pudding mix prepared according to package directions
  • 2 cups Milk for pudding
For the Decorations
  • 6 Chocolate sandwich cookies crushed
  • 12 Candy eyes
  • 6 Green candies for hair
  • 6 Black licorice laces cut into small pieces for mouth and stitches

Equipment

  • Small bowls
  • Piping bag
  • Small round tip

Method
 

  1. Prepare the chocolate pudding according to package directions using the specified amount of milk. Let it set.
  2. Spoon the prepared pudding into 6 small serving cups or bowls.
  3. Sprinkle the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies over the top of the pudding to resemble dirt or grass.
  4. Arrange two candy eyes on the top half of the pudding for Frankenstein's eyes.
  5. Use the black licorice laces to create a mouth and stitches on Frankenstein's face.
  6. Add green candies around the top edge of the pudding to represent Frankenstein's hair.
  7. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

Notes

You can use green-tinted whipped cream or frosting to create Frankenstein's face if you prefer not to use pudding.
