Ingredients
  

For the Salad
  • 1 pound strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped and toasted
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
For the Dressing
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Equipment

  • Large bowl
  • Whisk

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced strawberries and blueberries.
  2. Add the toasted pecans and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients and toss gently to coat.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

You can substitute walnuts for pecans if desired. Other soft cheeses like goat cheese can also be used instead of feta.
