Three Ingredient Banana Bread Quick

This recipe makes a simple banana bread using only three ingredients: mashed bananas, condensed milk, and self-rising flour.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups bananas mashed
  • 0.75 cup condensed milk Used coconut condensed milk
  • 1.5 cups self-rising flour sifted

  • 7 x 4-inch baking pan
  • Large mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 7 x 4-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the bananas and condensed milk, whisking until smooth.
  3. Gently stir through the flour and mix well, until fully incorporated.
  4. Transfer the batter into the greased pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a skewer comes out mostly clean.
  5. Remove the banana bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan completely, before slicing.
