Method
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries. Add the granulated sugar and cornstarch. Toss gently to coat the berries.
- Pour the berry mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- In the same bowl (no need to wash), combine the flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Whisk to combine.
- Add the cold, cubed butter to the dry ingredients. Use your fingers or a pastry blender to cut the butter into the mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the berry mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the berry filling is bubbly.
- Let the bake cool for at least 10 minutes before serving. Serve warm, perhaps with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
Notes
You can use any combination of berries you like. If using frozen berries, do not thaw them before using.
