Two-Ingredient Cottage Cheese Wraps

Make simple, protein-rich wraps with just two ingredients: cottage cheese and egg.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese full fat recommended
  • 2 large eggs

Equipment

  • Non-stick skillet
  • Spatula
  • Bowl
  • Whisk or fork

Method
 

  1. Combine cottage cheese and eggs in a bowl. Whisk or fork until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease if needed.
  3. Pour about 1/4 of the batter into the skillet to form a thin circle, similar to a pancake.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges look set.
  5. Carefully flip the wrap and cook for another 2-3 minutes until lightly golden.
  6. Slide the wrap onto a plate. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  7. Fill and enjoy your wraps.

Notes

These wraps are best served immediately. You can add seasonings like garlic powder or herbs to the batter for extra flavor.
