Method
- Combine cottage cheese and eggs in a bowl. Whisk or fork until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease if needed.
- Pour about 1/4 of the batter into the skillet to form a thin circle, similar to a pancake.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges look set.
- Carefully flip the wrap and cook for another 2-3 minutes until lightly golden.
- Slide the wrap onto a plate. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Fill and enjoy your wraps.
Notes
These wraps are best served immediately. You can add seasonings like garlic powder or herbs to the batter for extra flavor.
