Raspberry Yogurt Dip

  • Raspberry preserves Adds a fruity sweetness. Any berry jam or preserves can work.
Dessert Board Items
  • Coconut rolls Offer a crunchy texture. Pirouette cookies can be a substitute.
  • Granola balls Provide a chewy bite. Can be swapped with gluten-free cereal clusters.
  • Raspberry granola bars For a fruity chew. Other gluten-free granola bars can be used.
  • Mini marshmallows Soft and fluffy. Ensure they're gluten-free or use homemade ones.
  • Gummy bears Chewy and fruity small candies. Look for other gluten-free gummies or jelly beans if preferred.
  • Sesame snaps Crisp with nutty flavor. Can be replaced with other gluten-free crisp treats.
  • Lemon waffles Zesty and light. Any gluten-free flavored waffle or pancake works.

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Dark Chocolate Dip: Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil together slowly using a double boiler or in short intervals in the microwave. Stir until smooth.
  2. Prepare the Raspberry Yogurt Dip: Mix the Greek yogurt and raspberry preserves in a small bowl until combined. Set aside.
  3. Arrange the board: Place the two dips in small bowls on your serving board or platter.
  4. Add texture and variety: Place the coconut rolls, granola balls, raspberry granola bars, marshmallows, gummy bears, sesame snaps, and lemon waffles around the dips on the board.
  5. Garnish: Scatter fresh raspberries over the board for color and freshness.
