Viral Tiramisu Chia Pudding

Ingredients
  

For the Chia Pudding
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Coffee Layer
  • 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee cooled
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
For the Topping
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened

Equipment

  • Mason jars
  • Whisk
  • Measuring cups
  • Measuring spoons

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture evenly among four mason jars.
  3. In a separate small bowl, stir together the brewed coffee and maple syrup.
  4. Pour the coffee mixture evenly over the chia pudding in each jar.
  5. Cover the jars and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the pudding has thickened.
  6. Before serving, sprinkle the top of each pudding with cocoa powder.

Notes

You can adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding more or less maple syrup.
